Project Description

This high end custom designed home is knock down rebuild in prime Epping location with wide street frontage. The design is a blend of traditional and modern style prevalent today. Working to specific Client’s Brief, this split-level design was conceived after careful site analysis, responding to orientation and existing site slopes. A courtyard in the east was introduced to bring in additional natural light and ventilation to deep site, sloping down to the rear.
